September Schedule, Yoga in Nature & Things to Do Around Town

September has always felt like a month in between—summer hasn’t quite left us, but fall is beginning to make its way in. The days slowly get shorter, the air starts to shift, and nature offers us a reminder that change is simply part of the rhythm.
This month, there are plenty of ways to enjoy this in-betweebseason. Get outside for yoga, paddling or time in nature, wander through an art festival or local market, learn something new, or simply find a reason to connect with your community.
And as we move toward the Fall Equinox, I’ll be leaning into that natural transition with a special Yoga Nidra for intention setting—an opportunity to slow down, turn inward and consider what you’d like to carry with you into the season ahead.
As always, I’ve gathered some of the local events and experiences that caught my eye. I hope you find something that inspires you to get out, explore, connect and enjoy September.
