Welcome May! A month that reminds us to care — for the people we love, for ourselves, and for our communities.


May holds space for both Mother’s Day and Mental Health Awareness Month, two reminders that nurturing, support, rest, and connection matter more than we sometimes realize. Whether it’s spending time outdoors, slowing down enough to breathe deeply, moving the body, creating something with your hands, or simply sharing a meal or walk with someone you love — small moments of care can be deeply restorative for both the body and the mind.


With that in mind, sharing what’s unfolding this month — added classes, Puppy Yoga, free online Yoga Nidra, and a few local happenings centered around nature, creativity, connection, and nervous system support.

Meet adoptable puppies, apply to become a foster, and do some yoga. Best part: proceeds support this wonderful local rescue organization.Only a few spots left!


Sunday 5/17 • 7:30–8pm

FREE Yoga Nidra 

Zoom / Online - SIGN UP

A (30 min) deeply restorative guided meditation practiced in shavasana — supporting nervous system regulation, rest, and inner clarity.

Spring blooms, fountain gardens, meadow walks, and seasonal displays.


Saturday 5/9 • 10am–4pm  

Coterie Commons, Doylestown, PA

A spring market filled with local vendors, seasonal finds, flowers, gifts, and an easy excuse to wander around town.


Saturday May 9 • 4:35pm

Citizens Bank Park, Philadelphia PA

A Phillies-hosted Mental Health Awareness Month conversation focused on reducing stigma, encouraging support, and bringing more awareness to mental wellbeing.


Tuesday 5/19 • 1–3pm

Tyler State Park, Newtown, PA

A guided walk exploring native spring wildflowers, woodland trails, and the simple restorative power of spending time in nature.


Saturday 5/23 • 1–3pm

Grounds for Sculpture,  Hamilton, NJ

Learn to craft delicious herbal mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails) using oxymels, simple syrups, hydrosols, and more — a creative and wellness-inspired afternoon experience.


May 28–31

Cape May, NJ

Nature walks, birding tours, and coastal migration experiences for anyone craving a little spring reset and time outdoors.
